Tracy Gaibisso

Tracy Gaibisso is a Clinical Naturopath and Herbalist who has been in practice since 2002, with a deep and long-standing passion for supporting women through their reproductive years and into menopause.

She has a special interest in endometriosis, fertility, and menopausal health, and previously served on the Clinical Advisory Committee of Endometriosis Australia.

Discovering a love of study as a mature-age student, Tracy continued to expand her expertise beyond her undergraduate naturopathic qualifications. She has completed postgraduate studies in Fertility Management, Wellness, and Teaching & Learning, and in 2018 graduated with a Master of Reproductive Medicine from the University of New South Wales (UNSW).

Tracy’s approach to naturopathic care blends ancestral wisdom with evidence-based research. She sees naturopathy as a bridge between traditional healing and modern science, enabling her to think both creatively and critically to deliver innovative, personalised care.

Her clinical work focuses on walking alongside each client, helping them understand their body, their hormones, and their unique path toward healing.

When she is not consulting, reading, researching, or travelling, Tracy can often be found cold-water dipping — a practice she incorporates into her own longevity and health rituals. A nature lover and devoted foodie, she delights in creating recipes using medicinal herbs, from teas and elixirs to vinegars, oils, poultices, and even herbal-infused beverages.

In practice, Tracy meets her clients exactly where they are. She supports individuals navigating endometriosis, fertility challenges, perimenopause, menopause, and complex hormonal concerns with compassion and clarity. Using comprehensive questionnaires and targeted pathology where needed, she builds tailored plans that address acute needs while also supporting long-term wellbeing, informed by clinical presentation, genetics, lifestyle, and personal health goals.
