
Mel Raybould
Accredited Practising Dietitian
Mel Raybould is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and a Sports Dietitian, with specialist expertise in women’s health, metabolic health, and nutrition across midlife and beyond. She has extensive experience working collaboratively with General Practitioners and allied health professionals to deliver coordinated, evidence-based, and patient-centred care.
Her clinical interests include menopause management, weight management, metabolic health optimisation, and chronic disease prevention. Mel applies current scientific evidence alongside a practical and compassionate approach, supporting patients to better understand their health, improve metabolic outcomes, and establish sustainable, long-term nutrition strategies.
Prior to a career in Dietetics, Mel worked with athletes and sporting teams as a Sports Massage Therapist and is also an experienced Pilates instructor and Personal Trainer. Mel has achieved personal sporting success at a National level in athletics and more recently has participated in triathlons.
By working closely with each patient’s GP, Mel ensures nutrition care is appropriately integrated with medical management, providing individualised dietary advice aligned with clinical needs and personal health goals.
