Our GP's have a special interest in menopause care and the management of persistent pelvic pain.
Our mission: To deliver accessible, affordable, evidence-based, multidisciplinary women's healthcare services.

Our Mission
Our mission at Elara Women's Health is built on three essential pillars - best available research, practitioner clinical expertise and patient values and expectations.
At Elara Women's Health, our priority is patient centred care and providing support for every stage of your life journey to enable you to live your best life.
Best available research
These days, we have access to endless amounts of clinical information on Google and social media, as well as clinical databases such as PubMed. Unless you have had training in critical appraisal and evidence-based medicine, it can be hard to know whether treatments really are effective and safe.
At Elara Women's Health, we are passionate about delivering care that is evidence-based and according to reliable and recommended clinical guidelines. This means you can trust that the care you are receiving is safe, credible and based on a solid foundation of knowledge backed by an understanding of the latest in medical research.
Practitioner clinical experience
Our clinical lead practitioner is Dr Sharon Vasey. She has had 27 years of Specialist General Practice experience in both the United Kingdom and Australia, and 6 years as a Medical Educator for rural GP registrars in Western Australia. She has special interests in women's health and mental wellbeing. She also places high value on the importance of lifestyle medicine in promoting full health and wellbeing.
At Elara Health, we have an experienced and trusted team that includes Dr Vasey and Dr Kinzanar, our dietitian Mel, our naturopath Tracy, our exercise physiologist Dan, our clinical psychologist Isabel, our pelvic floor physiotherapists Sarah and Kate, our pharmacist Bo and our personal trainer Elliot.
Patient values and expectations
We are all individuals with unique backgrounds and healthcare needs and goals. Our team take the time to actively listen and understand what is important to you, the self-care barriers and opportunities, and, in partnership with you, to create an individualised management plan with realistic and achievable goals.
